SCHOENECK CONTAINERS - HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES

Schoeneck Containers Member Services offers a variety of activities that promote family involvement. SCI sponsors various committees in which all members are encouraged to actively participate. Bulletin boards line the hallways where members and guests can find a calendar of upcoming activities, current birthdays and anniversaries.

The Idea Force is a committee that welcomes clever ideas and suggestions. When an idea is implemented Members receive a prize out of appreciation.

The Beautification Committee focuses on improving the aesthetic appeal of SCI to provide a welcome setting to all.

The Safety Source is committed to creating a safe and healthy work environment, while increasing safety awareness.

The Health and Wellness Committee designs programs that will improve the health and well being of Members both at home and at SCI.

The Culture Committee represents a set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices that characterizes our positive environment. It brings together a group of creative thinkers to generate and take action in communicating SCI’s culture effectively.

In keeping with our mission statement; to have fun in life at work and at home, Member Services offers numerous activities throughout the year. Included are Milwaukee Brewers games, a fishing tournament, festival tickets, holiday celebrations, community run/walks and various contests and raffles. SCI also sponsors the New Berlin 4th of July fireworks!

To keep things exciting while at work, SCI hosts sporting tournaments, barbeques and games! Each is a great opportunity to create friendships with co-members!
