SCI continues to be an industry leader in education and organizational
development. Through self-directed learning, hands-on training, and classroom
interaction using the latest teaching methods, SCI Members attend more than 30
hours of training each year. Our unique format offers each Member the
opportunity to learn the skills they need to succeed right from the start. Our
"open book" style of business allows each Member to get the information they
need to do their job effectively. In addition to a structured on-the job
training program, SCI also offers regular programs in safety and health,
various workplace issues, and personal growth.
The concept is simple, develop individuals and good things will follow -
accidents disappear, quality becomes a guarantee, efficiencies increase,
customers thrive, life improves, and we have fun in the process.
Our Education/Tuition Reimbursement program covers everything from high school
diplomas to master's degrees. Members are also encouraged to pursue their
professional certifications and develop life-long learning techniques.
Our programs are seen by other companies as innovative and inspiring. Over the
years we have been formally recognized for our creative workplace solutions.
