Our unique format offers each Member the opportunity to learn the skills they need to succeed right from the start. Our "open book" style of business allows each Member to get the information they need to do their job effectively. In addition to a structured on-the job training program, SCI also offers regular programs in safety and health, various workplace issues, and personal growth.

Our Education/Tuition Reimbursement program covers everything from high school diplomas to master's degrees. Members are also encouraged to pursue their professional certifications and develop life-long learning techniques.
